· 10 minutes walk from Seoul Station, 15 minutes from Gongdeok Station
· Gwanghwamun/Gyeongbok Palace: 23 min
· Myeongdong: 18 min
· Hongik University Entrance: 30 min
· Itaewon: 20 min
· Namsan: 22 min
· Han river park(Yeouido): 27 min
· Sookmyung Women's University: 3 minutes

b. Convenience stores are within 2-minute walk (Seven Eleven, CU, etc.)

c. You can enjoy the cityscape of Seoul with a view of Namsan (accommodation for up to 5 people)

· Tableware, cutlery, pot, frying pan, wine glass, wine opener available


[Bathroom]
· washing machine and a drying rack are available, so it's convenient for long-term stays (with detergent)
· Amenities: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, hand wash, towel, dryer, straightener, comb, roll comb for drier (toothbrush not available)


· Check-in: 5 p.m. / Check-out 1 p.m

· It is an apartment house where other neighbors live together. Pets and smoking are prohibited, and please be careful not to cause complaints due to noise

Such a Nice Spot!

15 minutes to Seoul station and plenty of food options close by! The water machine in the apartment saved my life and overall everything was very nice and clean!

Amazing Views of Seoul Tower

The apartment was about 0.6 miles (16 minutes at a medium walking pace) from Seoul train Station which it was perfect for traveling around Seoul. However, you have to be in good shape and be able to walk 0.6 miles uphill to the apartment. The apartment has all the amenities needed in an apartment. I would recommend this apartment for a family who is used to exercise
