The Feng Shui House Perseverance for 4 people

It can be rented for 18 seats together with La Perseverancia, both houses are independent with their own patio and at the same time are located in a large garden
The Sugar House is a house where the solidity of Castilian architecture has been merged with the FENG-SHUI method (MILENARY ORIENTAL METHOD) in the location, adaptation of materials and its decoration, which gives a special character and personality to all its interior and exterior environment.

Each room of the house marks an area of human personality where the positive energy flows that gives us tranquility and balance to rest, enjoy our surroundings, make decisions, reflect and meditate on everything we need for life. The house with a land of 1000 m2 in front of a grove, gives your stay greater well-being. When you visit our facilities you can feel nature and enjoy the comfort that this site offers.

It is located in a special and unique place, in front of a large grove that surrounds the "San Esteban" church, which is a 13th-century Romanesque jewel made of a single piece with a baptismal font.

This house can be aimed at family gatherings, couples and friends, professional meetings, personal-spiritual development courses and group meditations, cultural, musical and culinary events or others.

Magnifica casa y anfitriona. Ubicación perfecta para visitar pueblos y entornos naturales excepcionales. Aldea para descansar en auténtica naturaleza.

Genial

Una estancia muy agradable en un pueblecito a 15mins de Sepúlveda. La casita es perfecta para una pareja en nuestro caso con una niña. Nos dio pena no poder aprovechar más la zona de terraza y jardín por el calor que hacía. La zona ideal para hacer varias rutas por la mañana y a la tarde un chapuzón en la piscina de Sepúlveda. Agueda una anfitriona 10, muy atenta en todo momento. Lo aconsejamos sin duda!

Fantástica casa

Fantástica casa, supercompleta (no le faltaba absolutamente de nada), la cocina muy moderna y práctica, con todo lo que uno puede imaginar (hasta exprimidor eléctrico de naranjas). La casa es muy acogedora, las camas super cómodas y el silencio y oscuridad que hay de noche hizo que durmiera como un bebé :) Nos encantó la barbacoa, y a los niños les gustó mucho encontrar libros infantiles y comics de "Mortadelo y Filemón" ;) Por no hablar del inmenso jardín y las mesas para comer en él. Águeda, la propietaria, fue muy atenta. Tuvimos un mínimo problema con la barbacoa y lo solucionó rápidamente. Salimos encantados de allí, la verdad El único "pero" sería el precio, pero la verdad es que la casa lo vale

Estupendo para grupos de parejas

En todo momento el trato fue muy rápido, cercano y muy bien explicado por parte de Águeda, la propietaria. Fue muy amable en el recibimiento, con una explicación muy dedicada de todo con respecto a la casa. Una casa, bueno dos, muy bien equipadas, con todo lo necesario para una escapada de grupos de amigos, con/sin niños. Las habitaciones decoradas con muy buen gusto, todas con baño propio, y bien equipado. Del exterior pudimos disfrutar poco, ya que estuvimos en marzo, y nos hizo un fin de semana bastante lluvioso, pero en la casa estuvimos fenomenal con todo lo necesario, y una buhardilla equipada para todo tipo de juegos, y en el que pasar el rato disfrutando... En fin, muy recomandable !

Excelente relación calidad-precio con un equipamiento y decoración magnífico

Estuvimos en noviembre un fin de semana completo un grupo de amigos y familiares durmiento en la Perseverancia 12 personas, encontrando un magnífico equipamiento en todos los dormitorios que contaban cada uno con baño propio, fantástico equpamiento, decoración y comodidades, sin olvidar los salones de estar y comedor donde disfrutamos ampliamente de espacio para comer todos y compartir todos juntos sin problemas de espacio. Nos llamó también la atención la cocina, donde encontramos un mobiliario y electrodomésticos amplio, cocinamos desde una paella a varias empanadas, sin olvidar el gran jardín y patio central donde disfrutamos de una barbacoa y mesas exteriores con las que cuenta la casa. Importante también la conexión wifi y por supuesto el trato y atención recibidos por la propietaria (Águeda) que nos brindo todo tipo de ayuda y asesoramiento en la búsqueda de excursiones y salidas por la comarca y las Hoces del Duratón a excasos quince minutos en coche. En definitiva un fin de semana magnífico muy recomendable para familias, amigos y con muchas alternativas llenas de comodidad. En primavera queremos repetir.

Ideal para niños

Fuimos 17 personas (8 adultos y 9 niños), ocupamos las dos casas. Están dentro de la misma parcela y sólo separadas unos metros. Los niños se lo pasaron bomba en la habitación infantil que es la buhardilla. La casa tiene terreno de sobra para jugar a la pelota, montar en bici...el pueblo es muy pequeño y no tiene ni tráfico de coches ni nada. No hay peligro para los niños. La casa está equipada con absolutamente todo lo necesario (servilletas de papel, rollos WC, detergente lavadora, pastillas fregaplatos, menaje de cocina, etc...). Calefacción perfecta. 100% recomendable. No hay nada negativo.

MUY FELIZ ESTANCIA

La casa de Agueda está genial, limpia y sobretodo grande para poder estar varias familias juntas. Lo mejor es la estancia de arriba, donde hay espacio suficiente para que jueguen los niños. La casa es un espacio muy agradable. Las habitaciones son grandes y sus baños también. La casa tiene absolutamente de todo, no falta nada ni en la cocina ni en los baños. Y Agueda muy maja y dispuesta a ayudar en cualquier momento.

Estupendo fin de semana con amigos

Excelente casa rural muy completa. Fuimos 12 amigos de fin de semana. Habitaciones con encanto y baño completo en cada una de ellas, limpias, tranquilas y confortables. Cocina y comedor con todo lo necesario. Sala de estar para reuniones muy acogedora. Águeda, la propietaria, muy cercana. Nos explicó todo lo imprescindible que visitar en un entorno con tanta historia y naturaleza. Cercano a Sepúlveda y las Hoces del Río Duratón. Sin duda, un sitio al que ir para disfrutar de la naturaleza y sus pueblos con amigos; y por supuesto comer lechazo y cochinillo. Recomendable 100%.

Muy acogedora

con mucho espacio. Nueva y muy cuidada decoración. La cocina tiene de todo, no le falta detalle, tampoco a los dormitorios ni a los baños (por ejpo secador) y la buhardilla es muy agradable para momentos de reunión y encuentro. Cerca de las hoces, entorno de caminadas muy bonitas. Fuimos 11 (incluidos niños) y nos encontramos todos muy cómodos, como en un hotel de categoría alta pero con el extra de unas zonas comunes estupendas.
