"We chose this hotel based on our desired location - Atocha - because of our interest in culture and history and we wanted a cozy place to go home to after excursions. It did not disappoint! As soon as we stepped into the hotel we felt right at home. It wasn’t just the aesthetic - clean, relaxing and restful; it was the people. Vanessa, who checked us in was genuinely pleased to welcome us. She was as amiable as she was efficient. The rest of the staff, who unfortunately we didn’t get to know, were helpful, thoughtful and had genuine smiles. We appreciated the small stuff like cookies with your coffee. The room was just the right size for cozy and efficient in its layout, and most importantly, spotless. Their rules and practices attested to their eco-friendliness; I especially appreciated the non-smoking rule. The breakfast spread was varied enough to cater to specific requirements though the bacon could be improved on. Atocha was indeed the best neighbourhood for us as it allowed us to systematically explore exactly what we wanted, where we wanted. If I could, I would definitely return to SleepNAtocha. "

"We arrived early and the receptionist checked us in within a couple of minutes. The room was clean, spacious, and had a safe, refrigerator. The bed was huge and comfortable. Extra pillows and a blanket provided. The cleaning staff cleaned the room early and very well. The breakfast buffet was fresh and had many options. The dining area was spacious. I highly recommend this hotel. Couldn’t have had a better stay. "

"Loved the location of this hotel!! Easy access off of the highway. A 7-10 minute walk to the metro station, then 30 minute ride to Sol Station which is walkable to most of what you want to see in Madrid. We purchased 10 trips on the Metro for less and 8 Euros, which more than got us through two days of going back and forth into Madrid. Way better and cheaper than trying to drive into Madrid proper and park!! The staff were attentive and were helpful with all of our questions about navigating Madrid. Having safe, underground parking was huge. Would recommend staying here!"

"ONLY YOU is truly the only hotel you need to stay at in Madrid! It’s just a short walk from the train station, which made it super convenient for our quick two-day trip from Barcelona. Check-in was smooth, and the hotel itself is absolutely fabulous — the staff and food were exceptional. The rooms are on the smaller side, but that was the only minor drawback. All the main attractions were within walking distance, and the rooftop was a great spot to relax and take in the city views. It’s a bit pricey, but worth it for a short stay and unbeatable location. Perfect choice if you’re visiting Madrid for a quick getaway or traveling by train!"
