The loggia offers a lovely sea view. Situated on the 1st floor with elevator access. The beach is 1.4 km away and shops are 50m away. The residence is just steps from the fishing port of Sète. The apartment features a bright bedroom with a double bed (140cm) for two people. The living room includes a sofa bed (sleeps two), storage space, a flat-screen TV, and reversible air conditioning. The kitchenette is equipped with a 3-burner induction hob, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, an oven, and a microwave. The bathroom (sink, shower, and storage) is separate from the toilet. The shared swimming pool within the residence is open from June 15th to August 31st. The apartment has a private underground garage, number 813. Pets are not allowed. Late arrival possible: €50 (please contact us for details). OPTIONAL services subject to availability: bed linen rental (€15 per bed), towel rental (€12 per person), end-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchen) €60, mini Wi-Fi box (€39/week).
