Very nice studio cabin for 4 people   
with terrace on the ground floor and sea view  
  
It consists of: - entrance with two bunk beds in 90   
\- equipped kitchenette (fridge top, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave)  
 \- living room with sofa bed and TV  
\- terrace with garden table  
 \- bathroom with bathtub - separate toilet   
  
Private parking space in the basement of the secure residence.  
  
Optional services to be paid for on-site:  
 \* Disposable cloth sheet kit from 12 per bed (fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases).  
 \* Towels (1 large and 1 small).  
 \* final cleaning package from 60€  
  
Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival:  
 . Baby bed 1 week : 25.0 € per stay  
 . FINAL CLEANING : 90.0 € per stay  
 . Disposable fabric sheets 140cm : 15.0 € per person per stay
