I loved this hotel and wish we stayed here for longer. Large rooms, kind staff, croissants in the morning, laundry, comfortable, and great location.

Very good hotel and convenient location to all transportation

This is more of a practical value stay than a standout hotel experience. The location is excellent—close to plenty of attractions and conveniences. The tatami room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for luggage and a well-thought-out layout. However, I’d strongly recommend the hotel consider a no-kids policy for the onsen. During my last visit, the experience was unfortunately disrupted by a father and his two young sons shouting and splashing around, treating the bath more like a pool. I had just settled in but ended up leaving immediately, which was disappointing and completely broke the otherwise relaxing atmosphere.

Most staff spoke good English. They were friendly & helpful.

Brilliant hotel with a lovely onsen upstairs. There was good access to the station, a convenience store nearby. The rooms were very spacious and the bath/shower room was very helpful after a long day on exploring. Friendly staff.
