Wonderful flat next to Plaza de España

Flat located in Plaza de Aviador Ruiz de Alda, in the popular neighbourhood of San Bernardo, less than 15 minutes walk from the Santa Cruz district and the Cathedral. This pleasant flat is perfect for exploring the city on foot, without the need to take a car. Close to the flat, just a few meters away, there are several places of interest such as the Plaza de España, the Cathedral, the Giralda, the Real Alcázar of Seville, the María Luisa Park, the Royal Artillery Factory or the Archive of the Indies.

The area also has a wide range of bars and restaurants where you can enjoy Andalusian gastronomy.
