"The person at the reception desk was busy doing 3things at the same time which was annoying. "If you've never stayed in Israeli hotel, standards are lower than the U.S. and Europe, so adjust your expectations. This hotel was cleaner than many others I've stayed in in Israel, but like I said, it's all relative. Having said that, the location can't be beat for the price. (NOTE: If you want luxury, stay at the Sheraton but it a 2 minute walk down the beach from the CP (so basically same location) and significantly more expensive that the CP.) The pool at CP was decent and not crowded when I went but I wish it had been open later than 5:00. The hotel is right on the beach so you won't be spending much time in the room. They give you towels and you can rent a chair anywhere on the beach for 22 shekels. There are a TON of good restaurants withing walking distance. There is a coffee place (Aroma) right outside the door and a Golda ice cream shop a few meters away. I easily got there on public transportation. I will definitely stay there again. It's the perfect location for a weekend getaway. (Because of all the great restaurants nearby, I did not purchase breakfast at the hotel so I can't comment on that.)"
