"This place had exactly what I needed I visited with my niece and it had everything we needed. Kitchen and the view off the patio with coffee was the best. Also had a cute map of Shady Cove and this was my first visit. Can't wait to go again and I will definitely book this again. The host is an artist with attention to detail and charm and it shows throughout the property. Highly recommend."

"Property was a nice location to visit family in Jacksonville and friends in Medford. It was comfortable, quiet, bright and cheery. Would have liked a little more storage, somewhere to put my suitcase besides the floor or a dresser to put my clothes in and then tuck the suitcase away but it worked. More counter space in the bathroom would have been nice as well but again it worked out. Nice open parking and beautiful views."

"Overall, we had a great time staying at this beautiful property. The river was wonderful and the swimming pool was perfection on the 107 degree days. The only thing that caught us a bit off guard was the resident on property had a dog. It would have been great to know there would/could be a dog roaming the yard before booking. We didn’t know this information until right before our trip, so we wouldn’t have been able to cancel without losing money. We hardly saw the friendly pup, but as a dog...

"A little off the beaten path but what a wonderful place! 15 minutes down a dirt road and you’re in your own little world. Deer and turkey all around and the river’s in the front yard. Great place to bbq and relax, landed a couple stealhead as well."
