"The location was good (except for the fact that you get woken up at 5AM by the speakers from the nearby temple and there's no way to fall back asleep for the half an hour or an hour that they play their music) and the price was lower than for other hotels I stayed in Myanmar, but that's all I can say positive about the hotel.
