"Excellent quality and luxury hotel, most guests appear to be chinese nationals, which is no surprise where its advised to have a translation app ready to go where needed. Regardlss staff were great help always and friendly. Interesting to have your primary desk reservation on level 51. I'd highly recommend this hotel also for its prine location and nearby monuments and shopping and food."

"Good sized room, clean, checkin and checkout efficient, not sure about the location as I didn't get chance to walk around much! Perhaps 15 minutes from the subway but didi is cheap enough. Used the place as a hotel rather an apartment so didn't need the kitchenette etc but it all looked decent."

"Had one night in Chungdu. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful to make sure we made the most of our short stay. We were upgraded and our request for a room on a lower floor was made possible. Shame we didn’t have more time to explore the hotel but a great location and super room. "

"Convenient location for dining and shopping, which made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. I stayed at a Marriott property, and while the room was smaller than expected for the brand, it was generally clean and functional. Unfortunately, the kettle in the room didn’t work, which was a minor inconvenience. Overall, it was an okay stay nothing exceptional, but decent for a short visit."
