“Cute & cozy little country cottage. Only stayed 1 night with my son to tour Martin University but we really enjoyed our short stay. Had everything we needed & we were able to relax & enjoy each other's company. Easy check in & check out process & host was friendly & communicated well. ”

“Quick trip to tour, Bethel University, and University of Tennessee of Martin. Beautiful house, quiet and convenient location. 5 min drive to most of the restaurants. Whole house was clean, The beds are all soft and comfortable. And the water pressure was amazing. We didn’t want to leave They had a variety of coffees and teas to try. “Host was always available,easy communication ”

“The host was always available and knowledgeable about all aspects of the house. The view of the lake from both the outside porches and the master bedroom window was breathtaking and relaxing. The downstairs was a great hangout spot for a cozy cut of coffee/tea, family meals, and a good movie or even the lost art of reading a good book. I wish I would have asked if there were fish in the lake and if so what type. Next time I'd love to take the boat out. Just like to commend the house keepers. The……

“The host was responsive and the place was perfect for me and my daughter to stay for a couple of days. The only small gripe I would have is the water pressure in the shower is poor. Otherwise, we had a great stay!”
