5/5 Excellent
"Wonderful views from this hilltop hotel, but it's a long, steep walk back from the beaches! We took the hotel bus down to the beach and walked back after spending some time at the port.
It's isolated, but there's a free bus from/to Toyohashi Station.
The breakfast and dinner buffets are great, and much of the hotel has been recently renovated.
Unfortunately they have changed the afternoon times for the onsen so that women have access to their part at 3pm but men from 5pm, which we found inconvenient. "

"We were treated like Royalty by the staff, very friendly and very helpful. The Onsen/public bath was the best we experienced in Japan. Beautiful views from the two Hotels and our room was the largest hotel room we had in 3 weeks in Japan. We loved this place."
