“The property is newer, staff were friendly, and room was clean. Unfortunately the location is within a large mall and parking lot which made for a good deal of noise, even overnight with a few cars outside revving engines and playing loud music. The room upstairs was loud until 3am.”

“I’ve already sent a message to them privately. The hotel, I will just say it was not worth the money. Go to Inwood or Winchester.”

“Staff was very friendly and hotel was close to restaurants and gas stations”

“ Highly recommend”

“工作人员非常热情”

“My husband and l came to the property about 1 something this morning. When we got there we checked in got our keys went to the room only to find the lights in the room on, the tv on the bed not made and dirty towels in the floor. We hesitated going in the room as it smelled like someone had freshly taken a shower. We went down to the front desk reported our findings the front desk guys called his supervisor to report his findings then we were told they would have to put us in a Queen size room……

“No water pressure in the shower”

“The hotel was very clean. The staff was extremely helpful, we had an issue with our toilet and somebody immediately came up and fixed it.”

“总体很好，方便、洁净。”

“We arrived at 2 PM but check-in wasn't until 4 PM. After a short wait, we were given a room and the $40 early check-in fee was waived. Thanks for that. They also have a very quick convenient shuttle to the casino and event center which we used to see a show. No problems and just a short wait for the return trip.”

“Small rooms, no chair or desk.”

“The hotel smelled great, clean room, clean floors, breakfast was decent, and the property is super convenient. Definitely worth the price.”

“Very helpful staff”

“设施陈旧”

“The place is absolutely beautiful. The setting is perfect. The staff was kind and helpful. Here are a few little things that would have made it a perfect experience. The breakfast on both days was original and interesting. However, it was supposed to be hot not like warm. Outside of our room by the water station was a tray of dirty cups that was there untouched for three days. It may seem petty but our bathroom had only a single roll of TP that was almost used up. The mentioned complementary……

“Booked a suite but day of they called and said only had a regular room available. Breakfast is decent, but hot options (eggs, sausage) only on weekends. Room isn’t cleaned every day, which is fine, but had to ask for washcloths and coffee (don’t have any). Room ok but peeling paint, generally dingy and needs upgraded. Cockroach in bathroom one night. Noisier than other hotels - from hallway. Door don’t seem to block much noise. Of approximately 10 hotels we have stayed in last 10 years,……

“The room was clean, and the most thoughtful touch was the provision of an electric vehicle charging station”
