The room was spacious and clean with great amenities. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location is excellent. Quiet neighborhood but minutes away from the train station. So many shops, eateries and beautiful Sensoji Temple within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

A very pleasant and clean hotel, it is beautifully maintained and the staff is friendly and go above and beyond to assist. If we come back to the area, this is the hotel we will want to stay in again. It is within a nice ten minute walk to a bustling market with great food and shopping, very close to several rail stations, it has a great location. Highly recommend.

the room was clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the area was quiet enough that I slept with the window open (Saturday night!) breakfast options were limited, the price per room has really gone up in the last while, not as good a value as it used to be

The food is wonderful! As a chain hotel , i wasn't expected the stay, but turns out both dinner and breakfast was above expectation and outperformed other traditional ryokan in my opinion.
