Please confirm your bookings first over phone
They charged 3 times the booking amount when i reached there , they denied my booking and said they dont cater online bookings with hotels.com and you hae to pay 3times the charges and ask yor refund later with hotels.com Hotels.com is also terrible at compensations , they refunded after 7 days today and what about the excess i paid to hotel they havent given any compensation for that , and the hardship i faced at the arrival date.
