The hotel is right downtown and convenient to downtown casinos and just across the river from Bossier City Casinos and The Louisiana Boardwalk.
I always stay here when working in Shreveport. I like the location, the cleanliness, amenities and staff is always polite and friendly!
This stay was just so so cause the hotel is being renovated. The staff was great, the bed was so comfortable to our surprise. We had a great time.
Probably one of the friendliest staff ! Room was clean! People complain about the train but if the air is on you don’t hear it!
