"The front desk staff was WONDERFUL and very helpful. The room was set up ok but needed a lot of cleaning. There were strange stains all over the curtains and something sticky one of the bedspreads. Dining area was clean and staff very sweet."

Did NOT like that our children could not swim...NOONE was in the pool...but the rules were no children so we abided. We will not be staying there next year on our family vacation only due to this. They need something to do."

"I was concerned when I pulled into the facility because a contractor is repairing an exterior wall on the building.
I thought there would be a lot of noise and Debrie flying around, "excess dust".
I was pleasantly surprised that neither of these where a problem. The staff was very accommodating; the facility was very clean and enjoyable. I will definitely book a reservation at this facility the next time I'm coming to Shreveport. "

"Overall, this hotel stay was a good surprise for the price. The hotel was slightly noisy, but the this to be expected given that it was right off a major highway. The biggest downside is that there is no elevator at this hotel. I would definitely stay here again!"
