“I was an El Alamain for the Egypt Airshow and chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport compared with the other hotel options that were recommended for the event. The location is fantastic. My room was clean and the amenities provided were superb. The hotel itself is located in the Hacienda neighborhood - and for those who are coming by taxi (or Uber, which I recommend) , you will need to instruct the driver to enter the Hacienda area through gate number two. “Amazing stay”

“This property is beautiful. I regularly stay at Emaar properties around the world, and this one was just as impressive. However, the room service food was very disappointing. We ordered room service twice, and both times the food was undercooked. Despite this, the front desk refused to waive the charges, and the hotel manager didn’t offer any resolution. Instead, he claimed the plates were empty when returned, which was simply not true. This was such an unnecessary issue that could have been……
