The hotel itself is fairly basic, but that is reflected in the price. The location is great - close to everything with several transport options close by.

"The hotel and staff were helpful, the restaurant food was great but what let me down were the Prison rules! If I am coming from abroad and staying at a hotel then I am going to expect family to come and visit me especially if I am disabled with limited mobility.
The silly rules that should be abolished are:
- no visitors in your rooms
- no outside food
- no outside drinks
- no alcohol even if you have a permit"

"There was some confusion over the breakfast inclusion. I had paid extra but when we were there for check in staff said it is not included. So we had show them email. It was resolved after but should not have happened at the first place."

The location is also not convenient. The old ancient time property.
Room offered was on 2nd floor. No lift and staircase steps are very small and dangerous.
Linen was not clean and of poor quality.
No TV, No Hot Water Kettle, No Table and Chair in the room.
The room layout is also inconvenient.
No food service for last minute emergency.

Does not found the place safe, convenient and friendly.
