Having frequented various establishments, my stay at your hotel truly stood out in every regard. First and foremost, I must commend the exemplary level of service provided by your staff. From the moment of my arrival until the day of my departure, I was consistently impressed by the professionalism, courtesy, and attentiveness exhibited by the entire team. The dedication to ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay was evident in every interaction, making my time at Magic Hotel Manar truly memorable. Lovely hotel, looks like the photographs. Food was brilliant, I usually dislike buffets however the food was very tasty with variety. Majority of the staff were lovely, however some were very rude. Reception staff (except the porter who was absolutely lovely, always had a smile on his face!) were very rude, didn’t even say bye or asked about our stay at check out. Asked to change our bedsheet one night as the baby had an accident and the staff member sent was extremely rude and was cursing us in Arabic under his breath. Not nice considered there are people out there with medical issues and no one should have to face that sort of treatment. The beach was lovely, very clean and sandy clear waters. Overall a great stay minus the few encounters of rude staff

I had a wonderful stay! The property was clean, with spacious rooms and a great location—just a short walk to restaurants and the waterfront. It’s about 15 minutes from the airport and Sidi Bou Said, which made getting around easy. The host, Medhi, was incredibly helpful and even assisted with transportation to my next accommodation. Highly recommend for a comfortable and convenient stay in Tunis
