Chambre propre et grande avec beaucoup de rangement mais salle de bain plus petite qui mériterait une mise à niveau. Piscine vraiment petite et peu utilisable. Peu d’espace commun disponible, notamment terrasse en rénovation. Isolation des chambres, nous entendons les voisins et les bruits sur la terrasse rénovation. . L’emplacement est dans une petite ruelle très cachée, malheureusement la ruelle n’est pas nettoyée énormément de vidange et peu éclairée. The Riad was a good 10+ min walk from the taxi drop off area near Jama al fina, and through the busy market, but Amine arranged for our luggage so that was great. Amine was so helpful, answered any time i called. This riad is a little different in that you get the whole establishment to yourself. Amine checks you in and out, and thats it, but totally available for anything in between. There is a daily continental breakfast prepared by Ghizlan, who is the most wonderful person, so pleasant, kind and a great cook. She had baked a chocolate cake for our children bc we were celebrating their recent graduations. We did have a small issue with the ac and strange bathroom odor in 1 room, but there was an entire enclosed sitting area with ac and a bed-like sofa that was available instead. Very clean including the pool. The rooftop was lovely as well.

The staff was beyond kind and helpful. I really can’t say enough about them. At one point we realized we had forgotten a lightning cable and I asked if they had an extra. They said they would check and bring it to the room. It took a long time — but they came with a brand new one. They had gone out to buy a brand new one. The riad is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. I would stay again.
