Sidi Moussa Lhamri Vacations from $1,192

Quick one night stay at Timoulay but everything was wonderful. Staff were extremely helpful for our group of 10. Location was perfect for our adventures.

It was the worse stay in my entire life and I’ve been everywhere in the world. On first day we didn’t take showers till almost midnight coz the shower drain was clogged and it took them so long to fix it, second day went ok, early 3rd day , the electricity went off around 9 am, by 3 pm still no electricity, so hot in the rooms, restaurants fridges are off, bars mixers don’t work, we didn’t trust the buffet and were worried that it stays dark all night long, coz no employee could give any update, we asked for a manger, they said there wasn’t one, and we asked at different times of the day….we decided to leave the hotel a day before our scheduled day, 2 days instead of 3 with the horrible first and 3 rd day, they’re everything but professionals, never ever again. And won’t recommend this hotel to anyone…. It used to be good long time ago, last two time nothing but problems two years in a row

Hotel is lovely, great facility, Great Pool, Great bars and the pool and bar staff were great. It’s a good buffet and good all inclusive. Downsides: It was very difficult to book any of the à la carte restaurants at a sensible time. My room spelled a bit foisty. Our dressing gowns were damp on arrival. We ran out of shower gel which wasn’t topped up. The WiFi is atrocious. I asked to cancel my last night on the day I arrived. I am still awaiting a response from the hotel and Expedia on this. I would go again if I was in Agadir though.
