This is a hotel in an old building that has been thoughly renovated. Easy walk to ships and central but in a Spanish area not a tourist area. About five tapas bars within one block walk. About two blocks to ocean front walk. The unit we had for six weeks was a one bedroom apartment. Kitchen facilities very small, but good shower and bed. I really liked this place.

This is a boutique apartment without the boutique price. Comfortable bed, well appointed kitchen, plenty of sunlight. There are free drinks, pastries and coffee in the lobby. The rooftop patio is stunning and well equipped with loungers. Outstanding property. Great communication.

Good location, check in easy. Some keys didn’t work. Staff at check out weren’t particularly friendly towards me as they were with others, possibly due to ethnicity. Worst thing was the persistent smell of sewage in our room, spoiled a stay In an otherwise superb city.

"This is a very unusual hotel. We had a superior twin room on the first floor with a huge balcony over a 300 ft vertical cliff. From your balcony, you have an open view of the valley below. The birds are flying below you, not above you. The hotel has a feeling of a very well-maintained old palace. ..."
