"Excellent place to stay! Rooms are very basic, but clean and comfortable. The absolute highlight is the breakfast: better than in many hotels with bacon, eggs, mueslies, dried fruits and nuts, salmon, veggies, fruits, a wide variety of bread etc. I was stunned by the variety as well as the gluten-free options :) The staff was helpful, and helped me get around the city and the riverside. "I wasn't entirely sure about this place given the lack of information, but I'm glad we ended up camping here. I opted for the new glamping tents which were fantastic! The camp itself is primarily families who've been coming to this location (and the camp next door) for decades so it's not exactly a place for tourists... it's a place to experience, particularly to see nature in action - clean water, the Nordic summer sun, great people. This was easily the highlight of our 3-week vacation....

"Room was clean but all shampoos body wash etc were empty. Breakfast and dinner came with the room and were delicious!
The only stress we had was paying for parking!"

"Waaay too big for the facilities and services it offers. Has only two restaurants to cater the entire huge hotel so be prepared to wait. Gym/spa is packed and the lockers thus often quite dirty. The room service does not exist and you have to ask for towels explicitly which is odd for a spa. Equally odd is that there are no bathrobes or slippers offered. The service people are kind but very very young and inexperienced - usually just standing still. The "better spa" costs extra - the public pool is full of kids. Oh the kids - this place is filled with kids running and screaming - filled I tell you!
It has literally everything you need, even if in poor quality, so it is good for families. Not for couples.
The slopes are good though! It's easy to get around although the lifts can get crowded."
