"Florence was a great host! I felt especially safe as a solo traveler at this gated property. Accommodations were comfortable, clean, and attractive. I would recommend travelers to have a vehicle, as it is a bit of a walk to stores or restaurants. "We chose this hotel primarily because of its convenient location close to the airport. On arrival, the check-in staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful, which made for a positive first impression. Unfortunately, the dining experience was disappointing. The only dinner option available was a buffet, which appeared unappetising and lacked freshness. The restaurant itself felt more like a school canteen than a hotel dining venue, while the bar was located three floors away, making the overall layout rather inconvenient. We had booked two Privilege Rooms, but both were showing significant signs of wear and tear. Cleanliness was also a concern, as we found hairs in the bedding that appeared to have been left by previous guests. The towels were heavily worn and looked as though they had been through countless wash cycles. In addition, the air conditioning units in both rooms were extremely noisy and ineffective, making it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature. Breakfast was served in the same third-floor dining area, and unfortunately the experience mirrored our disappointment from the previous evening’s dinner. Overall, while the staff were excellent, the condition of the rooms and the dining facilities fell well below expectations. We were very disappointed with our stay and would not choose to return."

"The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Great place for children to play and run around. We particularly enjoyed staying under the tree in the shaded area. The room and bathroom are very good size. The location is ideal and very peaceful. Only 30 minutes to Marseille or Aix en Provence. Accessible by public transport. I took a bus back to the airport in Marseille and it was very easy."

"La fenêtre de notre chambre ne pouvait pas s'ouvrir. Les chambres ne sont pas climatisées, c'est bien indiqué dans la description, pas de problème il y a un ventilateur... mais il fait chaud... Le frigo côté freezer était rempli de glace (tellement gros bloc que la petite porte du freezer ne pouvait plus se refermer) ce qui fait que le frigo tourne plein pot sans réussir à refroidir."

"The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from old town. Parking is available for free and is spacious. The directions to the hotel will bring you to the road that runs right in front of it but you can't access the hotel from it. Better to drive up to it from the direction of a Peugeot dealership that's next to it. The initial impression of the hotel is nice, but once in my room, I noticed the bed sheets stunk of body odor, the towels were poorly washed and dried. They were grey, even though they were supposed to be dry. There was mildew between the tiles, but I've seen worse so I guess I could have lived with that. But the bed linens are a no go."
