I gave 4 stars because there was no air conditioner instead an electric fan that only allowed us to press to #2. 3 was not working. Also, we could hear the cars, sirens, helicopter & tram. We were at the 4th floor & had a nice view, but when we opened the windows to feel cool, the noise was even louder. The next night was the same, hence I had to take Benadryl and put the earplugs they provided, which helped. Otherwise, the hotel was strategically located, within the old town, where there are lots of restaurants, it iswell maintained, very clean, and the receptionists were professional, helpful, attentive, and friendly. It is a few steps away from the bus and train station.

Beautiful spacious apartment, easy walking distance from the train station, with wonderful views across the city. Very well equipped and spotlessly clean.

Solid 5/5 experience. We arrived by a car and were greeted with a genuine warm welcome by the staff. The infinity pool, outdoor dining, room service, near by hiking trails, comfy bed, waking up to bird singing and cows walking bells, and delicious breakfast! Thank you for relaxing stay and a chance to reconnect to nature.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We received a very warm welcome upon check-in. It is worth noting that you need to book a regular taxi, not an Uber or Lyft, to get picked up and dropped off directly at the property. Otherwise, it's a bit of a walk with luggage. Rooms are cozy and have everything you could need. Would definitely stay there again.

The property is clean, spacious, well-appointed, and, most importantly, centrally located. Please note that this is not a typical hotel or serviced apartment. Communication from the staff was excellent, and housekeeping was well done. Due to the central location, there was some noticeable street noise at times, but the convenience and overall quality of the apartment made for a very enjoyable stay.
