"The sky is amazing here, best star gazing I’ve done. You can hear coyotes and we saw lots of birds. There are many day hikes or just stuff to see if you stay a few days. Definitely will come back to do more side quests! The house was quaint and simple, owner was really responsive. Didn’t have any concerns during our stay. "

"For a location like Christmas Valley this was a treasure to find. The furniture was beautiful, nicely furnished throughout. Expedia automatically listed two visitors when there were 5 so not enough towels had been left, no fault of the owners/manager. Cooking pans were a little sparce as well as the amount of silverware. Previous guests' condiments were left, we appreciated that but no foil, saran wrap, etc which would have been useful. The store is just down the street. We had a family project to take care of in town, it was so nice to have a cool, clean & roomy place to go to at the end of the day!!"
