Quite a disappointing service even for Ibis standards. The checkin time is so horribly late (3pm) and there are loads of guests waiting in the lobby. The receptionists dont really care about guest services. The room was ant infested, and for 2 days room service was never provided. And when I was, the guy just fixed the comforter and absolutely nothing else. The room was not even brushed, and the bathroom was not cleaned. Unfortunately, I was not in the room at that moment otherwise would've complained.
Overall it's just a 3/10 - and the 3 is only for the safety, availability of the room, and location of the hotel. Would not pay 130 SGD/night for this ever again.
