I thought I was talking to a Vrbo person and was confused that the property details was on a different provider"s site. The flat address was for the ground floor but the flat was on the 1st floor. Neither of the visible keysafes yielded the keys - found a third eventually. Spent ages trying the wrong flat door. Only 2 of us but the property was advertised for 5. Enough beds but no...

"We have just returned from a fabulous weekend at Lower Standen Farm. Both the house and garden are beautiful, with stunning decor, fully equipped kitchen and very clean throughout. The pool was such a bonus with the glorious weather we had. This is our second visit here celebrating more big birthdays, we hope to come back again!"

The cottage is decorated to a high standard and all the fittings and kitchen equipment are also of a high standard. The lovely sunny secluded little garden is a real asset too.
