“Major disappointment – the room did not match the booking, the heating did not work, and there was no hot water
We booked an “Exclusive Double Room” for one night through Expedia, for 2 people, explicitly listed in the description as having “1 Double Bed.” The room description also listed “heating” as one of the amenities. Based on the photos, it was supposed to be one of the stylish rooms with a double bed, a distinctive atmosphere, and vintage furnishings.
In reality, we were given a……
“I paid for room with Air conditioning.
But the room ready for me don't have AC.!!!!
After arguing I get room with AC.
Hotel is nice but this was disappointing experience.”
“Si vous n'avez pas le choix comme nous, une nuit suffit largement. L'hôtel n'est vraiment pas un 4 étoiles mais plutôt un 2 ou 3 étoiles.
Le réceptionniste nous a fait croire que la piscine était payante pour 10€ par personne et notre fils voulait tellement y aller que nous avons cédé et payé 20€ pour lui et mon mari. J'ai trouvé ça bizarre donc le lendemain au moment de payer j'ai demandé des explications à sa collègue qui m'a certifié que ce n'était pas payant. Elle n'a pas retrouvé les deux……
