“To be honest I was a bit disappointed, considering the price the food was not good at all , not fresh and very bad service, the robes of the spa were so old and holes in the robes , and shortage of staff, so for example the bell boy was doing the reception work , serving coffee and opening the hotels door !!!!! And also the spa didn’t had enough therapist, so they gave such an excuses that you don’t need this therapy at the moment!!!!”

“Stayed for two nights, what a disaster it was. On arrival the first night, I checked in, then had to literally drag our luggage by myself with one woman also petite like me about a 5 minute walk from the hotel to the room. While we were walking and dragging the bags up the stairs, a worker on a golf cart sped by and waved and said Kalispera! Didnt offer to help. Then the room smelled strongly of mold and was falling apart. Second room was improved in terms of the smell, but same tired,……

“This is place was great. Easy check in (codes). Good WiFi. Comfortable bed, space worked out so well. It was for my daughter, her husband and their small baby. Her husband had to take a work meeting which he was able to on the porch. There was a couch they could do feedings on and relax. This location is perfect location to walk to the Platia with all the restaurants and shops right there. The only negative is there is a lot of traffic in the hall of the building and you can hear people……

“Perfect location in Tripoli, very clean and great communication with staff. Should have had some sheets and blankets for the pullout bed which were missing, laundry detergent or pods for the washer would have been nice too. ”
