This hotel was nice, the only thing I was not a big fan of was the overcrowded lobby. I felt like it was a hassle to enter and exit the doors because people were permitted to block doorways and the main hallway to get to the elevators. I understand people are eager to congregate, but a kind reminder to move over for guests just trying to get up to their rooms by staff would have made the experience much more welcoming.

The room was very clean and the hotel itself looked very clean. Beds were comfortable and the room was very spacious. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in this area.

Clean Quiet & Courteous, also conveniently close to NJ / Conn/ Penn/ & up-state NYC near Tapanzee Bridge/ Governor Cuomo‘s Bridge.

I highly enjoyed my experience/ stay at this hotel. I would highly recommend and can’t wait wait to visit again soon. A great location, nice big clean hotel, nice room. Overall great value for your money ✅

Scenic and tranquil.

The hotel was easy to locate. Our room was clean and the staff were friendly. We definitely will stay here again.

Keeping in mind its 3-star classification, this hotel does not disappoint. Front desk staff is outstanding. Metro-North station is in easy walking distance. Of special note: In partnership with the Chazz Palminteri restaurant next door, guests can order a meal, get it delivered and charged to the room. Very nice option when traveling all day. On a lesser note, the slamming doors made a lot of disruption. Soft close, as in other hotels, would improve the guest experience and be worth the...

The hotel is in a perfect location, the staff were so polite and accommodating. The property was clean. I will always stay here.

Great stay thanks. Didn't really want the $20 a dollar "benefit" of unlimited water/tea/coffee; like how much are we seriously drinking??

The staff at the front desk had little to any customer service skills sadly they were too busy talking amoungst themselves. The hotel had a pool and the path from the pool to anywhere in the lobby was completely wet.

Everything about this hotel was great: check-in was easy, the room was clean and spacious, and most importantly, the staff was really friendly and helpful. An example: I asked one of the women who was keeping things clean in the breakfast are what the flavor of the two muffins were. (Did I mention that there was a full breakfast?) A few minutes after answering, she came back to tell me that they also had blueberry in the back, if I was interested. Above and beyond!

Hotel was super clean. Staff was wonderful. Nice variety for breakfast and very good coffee. easy access to the subway. Not in the best neighborhood but didn’t have any problems whatsoever. Water pressure was fantastic and very hot water… Will definitely stay there again

Great spot to stay and then half hour into the city. Right off the exit and easy back to the highway. Only stayed for a few hours but place looks great with a nice pool and restaurant. Very cool, looks like an old warehouse. Will definitely be back!
