Šmartno Chalets

Fabulous stay. Highly recommend.

Fantastic stay with Mattia! So warm and inviting with the property going back to the 1700s and full view of the vineyards. My apartment had air conditioning on literally one of the hottest days in Europe! (20 degrees in the apartment!) Had the tasting and great breakfast there. He also provided lots of recommendations- truly a great stay.

Great property, facilities and breakfast. Enjoyed our stay. Though they do need to invest in an iron and ironing board for the guests to use. Travelled all the way from Australia and had difficulty getting clothes ironed to go out for dinner which was very frustrating! Otherwise all good 😊

Wonderful stay & Andrea -both of them- were very helpful and caring. The food staff were pleasant a d efficient. Everyone was so positive and happy. I would be very happy to come back and stay here again.

Great staff and convenient location to see everything!

Beautiful wine scenery and excellent breakfast.

Easy free parking.

New hotel with very friendly staff. Room was clean, eco friendly (refillable bottle, eco friendly shampoo etc.). Breakfast was delicious.

Lovely quiet spot to relax at a much more economical price than the nearby country club crowd. Felt more like a traditional B&B stay than a hotel/resort.

This was one of the BEST hotels that we stayed during our vacation, new, clean, best staff, wonderful brackish , the only problem was the miss info about the location, which I think Hotels. Com was responsible for it. Otherwise everything else was better than perfect

Our stay was very nice! The host was so nice and the room and breakfast were so great! Beautiful location in town!

Lo más importante es tener la sensación de aislarse del mundo y descansar a las mil maravillas.En italiano se dice : " il dolce far niente ".👌

Very nice apartment, with all facilities - including garden - and extremely clean (it was spotless). The owner was extremely friendly and helpful.

Great affordable hotel close to Trieste airport, staff helped me find a good restaurant for the evening.

Our room was enormous and modern, more comfortable than I expected staying in an historic castle. beds very comfortable; extremely quiet and peaceful setting. the restaurant has amazing sunset views, definitely worth eating there. menu was a bit limited, but enough choices if you're only there a few nights. breakfast service was wonderful, but overall the staff was a bit vague and seemed overworked/understaffed. there isn't a bar but you could buy wine from the front desk and enjoy...

Staff was very flexible with our really early and late check in/out times. Super easy and delicious breakfast. Only complaint was never could get anyone on the phone. Message them through expedia.
