Staff were incredibly nice. The hotel was nice and clean. The manager honored my cancellation as I booked for the wrong day. He was really friendly as well. Definitely will book again

The rooms were really cute and designed nicely. There was no fridge in the room which we really missed. The pool was small and often we couldn’t get a lounger there. Service in the restaurant and bar were really sub par. We left the restaurant one day after waiting 15 minutes without being acknowledged even though many people made eye contact. Our last night there was a wedding and a party going on in a room across the hall. They were in and out slamming doors and yelling in the hallway until late. The hotel tried to deal with it but weren’t successful. There is a big gap under the doors where a lot of noise comes in. We stuffed towels along the bottom of the door to try dampen some noise. I’d suggest trying to amend that. The front desk and valet staff were great and super friendly. Overall it was a good stay but a few improvements could be made.

It is in the perfect location in Charleston.
