“Excellent value for money. Communication and access was easy - remember to message for code to lockbox. Parking was great with loads of secure space out the back. This place has been recently done up with a nice finish. Everything was really clean including bathroom, bed and kitchenette (except the grey thing on top of the bed had some stains). Bed was really comfy and fresh. Location wise it was perfect for what i needed as it was close to the arena and near a lot of shops. Only downside……

The decor, the cleanliness, the fixtures & fittings, the comfort of the furniture & beds, the crockery, etc etc is absolutely second to none! The location being right by the main street with all the cafes, pubs and restaurants is also fantastic and the access to a small, private outside space is also a bonus! I will without a doubt be booking this property again for my next visit to this part of the UK!”

“The room was clean and had everything we needed .Quiet location set in the beautiful Lickey Hills , comfortable bed, spacious room, plenty of tea milk etc, parking good location stunning garden, the Hosts were very Accommodating we will return .”

“Unexpected damage deposit required. Check in process and access to the property was not obvious. Room was ok. Old instant coffee was not good, I had to get coffee bags from a local gas station instead. Location is a ~10 minutes walk from a handful of restaurant places.”
