Cleaning standards need an improvement
"Cold room floor, room cleaning below expectations. The bed was not made and the only sign of cleaning was a dirty cleaning rug left on the desk of room. Public areas had ok cleanliness, though. Pros: Central location, easy to find and nearby parking."

"Wir buchten das Ferienhaus über Fewo direkt und Novasol war Vertragspartner. Die Angaben über die vorhandenen Schlafräume waren Falsch. Anstatt drei Schlafräume mit je zwei Betten befanden sich im Haupthaus nur zwei Schlafräume mit je einem Doppelbett. Die anderen Betten befanden sich in einer abgelegenen ..."
