"Wir buchten das Ferienhaus über Fewo direkt und Novasol war Vertragspartner. Die Angaben über die vorhandenen Schlafräume waren Falsch. Anstatt drei Schlafräume mit je zwei Betten befanden sich im Haupthaus nur zwei Schlafräume mit je einem Doppelbett. Die anderen Betten befanden sich in einer abgelegenen Hütte , etwa 50 Meter vom Haupthaus entfernt und für uns 6 Personen mit kleinen Kindern inakzeptabel. Die Toilette war nicht sauber , Zigarettenstummel auf dem Schrank und auch so waren alle...
