"The hotel was in a good location right where the river and the Andorra La Vella letters are. I was disappointed that I thought I had a river view room and ended up in an interior room with no view. Staff were helpful, especially the lady who helped me figure out the air conditioner late at night. She had to provide me instructions in a paper. Overall this trip was magical. The nature of this country is stunning."
"This was a wonderful hotel with great amenities. The room was very spacious and well maintained. The staff was very accommodating, including assisting with a late checkout. The surprise for me was the great buffet breakfast - there were many options including fresh fruit and juices. Would recommend this hotel if visiting Andorra."
"We stayed for 2 nights. Immediately when we got to the room it was hot and WiFi was not working in the room. Someone was sent to fix air con it cooled down a bit but never to the desired temp and WiFi never worked in room. Went downstairs next morning and complained about WiFi again and they said they had trouble with it on 5th floor and when we got back we could move rooms. Changed rooms and air con was much colder and WiFi worked. Just not sure why they didn’t move us to a floor with working WiFi to begin with. So that was disappointing."
"Very clear is not private parking you need parking in the street and pay. It is not a big deal but for us was because we arrive with reservation at 11 pm and 7 suite cases parking outside was very hard. I did the reservation because was clear about private parking. I ask the staff and he said the parking is full something I did not believe. It is not private parking."

"Great hotel, great location, very nice staff. I was in a single room with a very small window. The only drawback is that I could hear the other rooms and their water usage. Fortunately, both noise sources didn't last long."
