Fantastic service. Would do better with a variety of food to choose from

Wonderful historic hotel; however, it can be a bit noisy from the metro outside, especially with the heat and windows open (no AC/fans provided). The receptionist helped us download the free city transportation pass we used to get to the Paul Klee Museum. A must see!! The beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast service was exceptional.

The check in staff were extremely helpful and kind. The property is wonderfully located near the tram up to Harder Kulm, and the views of the surrounding river and mountains are a treat. I opted to include breakfast in our stay and it was well worth it; an array of options and the food was delicious. The property has a concierge who helped me plan my day with information on how to get to sites, and the opportunity to purchase my train tickets on site. I have nothing but great things to say about all those with whom I interacted, the comfort of the room, and the lovely locale. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Hapimag staff!

This hotel is unique. It has a big kitchen that everyone shares. You can use the fridge, plates, silverware, microwave etc. It also has free coffee and water. We didn’t realize it had a washer/dryer until the day we were leaving. We would have loved to been able to use that the first day we arrived. We stayed in a room for 4 people. It was clean and beds were comfy. The location is right in the heart of town. We walked 6 minutes from the train station. The only thing that was strange was the shower in the room. It was a see through mirror. If you turn the light on, then everyone in the room can see in the shower. Overall, a cute place to stay.
