Our second eight-night stay at The Sparrow, the first time in 2023, and once again we have nothing but praise for every aspect of this superb hotel!
Charming design overall, with French accents; well-appointed rooms that are meticulously cleaned and resupplied each day; a complimentary breakfast offering a wide variety of items, all of high-quality and preparation and several appealing areas to eat in; all staff congenial, helpful and well-informed.
Another outstanding feature is its location: adjacent to a lovely public park and within easy walking distance of many of Stockholm's landmarks, fine restaurants and both high-end and affordable shopping. Also, while The Sparrow is located on a major Stockholm street, one is not disturbed by traffic or pedestrian noise during the day or night. Room rates are reasonable, though by no means inexpensive, given the hotel's excellent services and features.
The Sparrow will be our first choice for accommodations whenever we have the good fortune to be in Stockholm.
