"I have stayed here multiple times with previous owners, new owners have taken it over its gone down hill not properly maintained, I will never stay there again.
heat pump filters clogged and not clean and heat pump unit working, not chucking out much heat and had it on the highest setting and still just a little warm.
I went and said something to the front office and came back with a heater and said do you even clean them and they said yes, fridge seal broken and growing mould, they are...

"Room was very clean and spacious, staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast was okay could have been more choices, didn’t use the laundry services. But you need to be fit as there are only stairs to walk up to your room. Apart from that it was very pleasant "
