"I booked 1 room in Hotel Sonnenhof on 16th February, via Hotels.com, for a stay commencing on 28th May.
Hotel sent me a message on 27th May that I was not in Hotel Sonnenhof in Timelkam, but at an apartment in Lenzing, 4.5km further away. No pre-warning was given, no rationale for the change in location, no option to cancel or reduction in rate was offered.

"Absolutely wonderful! We enjoyed our stay at Villa Seilern so much. Our room was so nice and comfortable with a nice patio. The staff was so helpful with giving suggestions about what to do and where to eat in the area. And the spa was amazing! Definitely a place we would visit again!"
"I stay here regularly for visits to our office, the location is moments from the A1 motorway with plenty of parking.
Now that the restaurant is open there is a nice breakfast and lunch option.
There is plenty of parking with many high power EV charging points.
The rooms are always spotlessly clean and comfortable.
If you need accommodation in the area I fully recommend it."
"It was such a nice and pretty hotel in an incredible location, I ended up extending my stay five days longer that planned The receptionists, the housekeeping team , the restaurant staff were all so helpful . The pool and sauna were nice and most of al the access to the trains and buses to explore the whole area . Bad Ischl was the perfect base . Hotel is next door to Kaiser Villa , so convenient, and to the supermarket too .
A good full breakfast and my room was spacious and so nice .

"Self-check-in via the machine. No English speaking staff. Great modern super convenient interior. Very clean. No cafes etc., the motel is located between the villages, hence its a quiet area, fresh air. You can get a coffee / snack at the nearest gas station only. "
