Enjoy an unforgettable family getaway at this beautiful villa on the Hossegor golf course. Whether you love golf, surfing, cycling, or simply relaxing on the beach, this spacious house with a private pool and lush garden is the perfect setting for your holiday.



The villa features classic Hossegor architecture and tasteful decor. On the main floor, a bright living area opens onto a fully equipped kitchen and a large terrace with dining space overlooking the pool. The dining room offers a large table for up to 12 guests. A cozy lounge with an XL corner sofa, fireplace, and TV completes the space. There is also a pantry for your convenience.



On the mezzanine, you’ll find a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, plus another double bedroom with two single beds and its own shower room. Upstairs, a spacious lounge and games area provide a welcoming spot to unwind. Two double bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room, and a dormitory with four single beds and a full bathroom, are ideal for families or groups of friends.



On the ground floor, a secure garage with an electric car charging station is available for your golf gear, bikes, or boards. A laundry room with washer, dryer, and a second fridge is also provided.



The villa offers reversible air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout. Bed linen and towels are included, and beds are made for your arrival. The beautiful south-facing heated pool invites you to relax in the sun. The partly covered terrace, equipped with a large table, summer lounge, and plancha, is perfect for outdoor living in any season.
