Great staff, great location for the train and a grocery store is part of the building.
Room is starting to show some wear, won’t be long and the hardwood will need some refinishing. Tile work in the bathroom is starting to show its age. Lots of chalking used to stop water leaks. Bath plug and overflow cap was missing from the tub (not sure why).
But overall was good, we would stay again.
Canadian couple in for the winter games.

Outstanding hotel, phenomenal food, pristine, modern roome with jaw dropping views . Spa and treatments were wonderful. So very very glad i booked here rather than in the aftual towns where its bustling with touriwts (which is nice but we wanted views and romance). Dont hesitate to book

This Hotel is a perfect place to be based on Lake Como. The hotel itself is perfect, I don’t think the four stars are enough. Clean, modern, very friendly staff, comfortable beds. The location right on the lake amazing views of the surrounding mountains and beautiful landscape. The breakfast is superb. Definitely recommend.

Everything here was amazing. The staff, the rooms, the views. Would definitely stay here again! 15 minutes outside of the city center so it was quiet but buzzing with people. Loved it here!
