Pleasant garden of approximately 500m², not overlooked, with pool area. Garden furniture, sun loungers and charcoal BBQ available. Private saltwater pool secured by a fence (open from 1 May to 30 September). Accommodation not accessible to people with reduced mobility. The villa is equipped with fibre optic internet. Private outdoor parking. Pets allowed. END-OF-STAY CLEANING AND LINEN ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE (optional cleaning: €250 / optional linen: see prices with the agency). Pets allowed: €25/week or short stay. A deposit for accommodation (€800) and a cleaning deposit (€250) will be requested upon arrival by credit card imprint (not debited) or cheque.
