"First, the family is very nice, but this inn is a part-time project. The father is a math teacher. The home is lovely. However, in the winter, the family is busy and not around much for guests. There is no information in the rooms such as when breakfast is served or the cost of certain services such as laundry, as they offered to do our laundry rather than we get it done outside. "Horrible...they cancelled our reservation and gave it to another person. When we arrived they said to us that they didn't receive our booking, and when we try to refund our money they didn't answer the call when people from Hotels.com called them to solve the problem. Really bad property."

"Approaching from the main road on the unpaved street with partly finished neighbouring buildings was uninviting. Exterior of the riad looks nice but it faces onto the garden and isnt within view. Interior is tastefully decorated but the smell of the nearby farm animals wafting through the building was unpleasant. "Overall the hotel is good. Location is ideal to visit the Ksar, the breakfast was great and coffee amazing. The rooms could use a little rejuvenation and the bed sheets need to be changed for new ones. The shower pressure was one of the best we had in Morocco so far and the water was hot. "The worst hotel we stayed in. The only saving grace was the location next to monkey finger, and the hike we did into the mountain with a guide from the hotel. The hotel was unlike the photos , it was unclean, room very sparse not even face towels or soap, no chair to seat on. Sockets come out of the wall as you use them. Breakfast at a surcharge was terrible no eggs just some bread , jam, chocolate spread and cheap yogurt ."

"This is such a beautiful, quiet and quaint property. We had booked one night and decided to stay one more. The family who runs the hotel are very lovely! We asked them to show us how to cook a traditional Moroccan dinner and they happily obliged. The food was some of the best we had in Morocco, and we even did some of the top rated restaurants in Marrakesh. Don’t be fooled by the price and proximity to the highway. This is a wonderful place and very quiet/relaxing. 5-stars. "

"The property is huge as it is an entire apartment , and the beds are comfortable , with the spare bedding for winter. There is also the use of a shared washing maching and a great rooftop to look out from or hang washing.. The front desk is not 24/7 although im sure if you phoned someone would answer, eventually.., The place could really do with a good deep clean and a revamp entirely, as it does have great potential with a few caring touches.
