- Welcome to your perfect seaside escape. Ideally located in the heart of town this charming coastal home located only 350meters from the pristine beaches of South West Rocks. Easy walking distance to everything including beaches, cafes, shops and local attractions.
This character filled property features two bedrooms and one bathroom, making it ideal for families or small groups. The main bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, while the second bedroom includes 2 sets of KING SINGLE BUNK BEDS, perfect for kids or additional guests. Both bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans to help keep you comfortable during the warmer months.
Inside, the home is full of character with high ceilings and beautiful polished timber floors throughout and air conditioning. There are two separate living spaces, giving everyone room to spread out and relax. The back sunroom provides a cosy lounge area with a TV, a great place to unwind after a day at the beach.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and filtered water tap, making meal preparation easy during your stay.
Step outside to the rear deck, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals or relaxing in the fresh coastal air.
The property also offers plenty of off-street parking, including space for a boat, making it a great option for those looking to enjoy fishing, boating and everything the coast has to offer.

While we ensure that all beds are equipped with mattress protectors, pillows, pillowcases, quilts, and quilt covers, sheets, towels, bath mats, and tea towels. Additionally, guests are expected to provide their own laundry detergent, dish soap, personal soap, and toilet paper among other personal necessities.
A $40 Booking Fee plus a separate Cleaning Fee Applies to all bookings.
