horrible comunication, host sent me check in comunications 3 hours after check in time just because I called them and it was a voice message box also they changed our reservation without asking if we agreed with that. I do not recomend

DO NOT USE!!!

I booked the stay a week in advance, I should have received an email 24 hours before check-in with the details of how to access the property. This did not happen, I went to the property, knocked on the door, no-one answered, I rang the owner and left a message, they did not respond, at 9pm that evening I received an email with the details. I had already found and paid for another room. I expect a full refund
