“From the minute we got there we were given wrong information and greeted by unfriendly staff. We were double charged at the pool. No one was helpful to fix any issues that arose. We booked a birthday dinner about 4 weeks prior at Chop, Block &Brewery. Although our waitress was nice, the manager was not. He was rude and unfriendly from booking and again at dinner. He made it a point to make us feel like we were taking up “too many tables because it was waiver Wednesday” I told him we were guests……

“We think the property is nice overall, but we noticed somethings need maintenance upgrades. Our room could have been cleaned a little better. The bathroom door and the light switch wasn't clean. We found crumbs and dust on the floor near the floor light and chair in the corner of the room. There wasn't enough staff near the pool early enough to open the slide, however, once I asked someone, they obliged.”

“Great views, 3 pools and 2 restaurants with the best wait staff ever!”

“If you spray for bugs clean up when they die. It’s gross. I will never return. If I could have had a refund I would have taken that option and left. Expedia said that not and option and I would loose my money. I’m not wealthily to accept just losing money. I have pictures of all the bugs in both rooms.”

“Absolutely beautiful resort! The setting is the most beautiful setting ever!! Lovely spa! Wonderful facials and massages. The dinner and bresksfast buffet were delicious. . It may be pricey but it is well worth it!!”
